一、電壓擊穿試驗(yàn)儀 ,適用范圍及功能
絕緣漆介電擊穿強(qiáng)度測(cè)試/耐電壓擊穿試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要適用于固體絕緣材料(如:塑料、橡膠、薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等介質(zhì))在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸?qiáng)度和耐電壓的測(cè)試。
電壓擊穿試驗(yàn)儀,由電腦控制,通過(guò)我公司自主研發(fā)的全新智能數(shù)字集成電路系統(tǒng)與軟件控制系統(tǒng)兩部分來(lái)完成,使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準(zhǔn)確,并能夠準(zhǔn)確測(cè)出漏電電流的數(shù)據(jù)。
可實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)繪制試驗(yàn)曲線,顯示試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),判斷準(zhǔn)確,并可保存,分析,修改,打印試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。

1、絕緣漆介電擊穿強(qiáng)度測(cè)試/耐電壓擊穿試驗(yàn)機(jī)在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中可對(duì)升壓擊穿過(guò)程繪制實(shí)時(shí)曲線,每次試驗(yàn)的升壓曲線都由不同顏色構(gòu)成,試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后可疊加對(duì)比材料的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)性。

電壓擊穿試驗(yàn)儀,設(shè)備安全說(shuō)明:

1、設(shè)備要安裝單獨(dú)的保護(hù)地線。接保護(hù)地線,主要是減少試樣擊穿時(shí)對(duì)周圍產(chǎn)生的較強(qiáng)的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計(jì)算機(jī)失控。

2、該試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項(xiàng)保護(hù)措施,主要有:過(guò)流保護(hù)、失壓保護(hù)、漏電保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、直流試驗(yàn)放電報(bào)警等。

3、接地要求: 儀器需要單獨(dú)接地,接地附合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,金屬棒深埋地下至少要1.5米以下。

4、該試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項(xiàng)保護(hù)措施,主要有:過(guò)流保護(hù)、失壓保護(hù)、漏電保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、直流試驗(yàn)放電報(bào)警等。
